Hi!!!
I want to bring to your attention the latest news of my upcoming Mini Tournament. I have a very intense line up of matches and although, I did have a very good sponsor bringing in Dominique Danger and Ziggy from Florida, Dominique has now postponed her trip to a future date. So that has left me in a bit of a dilemma as I have Ziggy now doing 4 or 5 matches. So instead of having a long one day event, I am trying to work it out so that Ziggy wrestles 2 matches at my house on Friday afternoon and possibly Helen vs Afrika at my house that afternoon, too. Afrika was going to wrestle Helen and Dominique and only agreed to travel to Kristie Etzold’s ring if she had 2 matches. She did have a 2 hour drive to get there and the same going back home. So if she agrees to come to my house, then I don’t have to try to find her another suitable opponent. I have tried Kasie and she is unavailable and I have tried Yasmin and she is in Brazil. Shannon Hall has had knee surgery and won’t do competitive wrestling with women and everyone else is just too small for Afrika. I have to remind everyone that I’m trying to get enough sponsorship money to cover my costs. I am not getting paid a dime unless the matches sell and this is a lot of work to put together….especially when I’m trying to juggle matches, plan to shoot at another location which is far for everyone to travel to, (but having a ring will be awesome, right?) and having my 14 year old niece visiting me until Wednesday!!! Oh boy, I have my hands full!
So the “guaranteed” matches at this point in time are:
Robin vs Ziggy
Ziggy vs Ariel X
Ziggy vs Dia Zerve
Kristy Etzold vs Ariel X
Ziggy vs Kristy Etzold
and if Ziggy can wrestle Friday at my place, she will wrestle Helen, too. And IF Afrika can make it to my place on Friday, Helen and Afrika will wrestle….OR if I find another suitable opponent for Afrika for this tournament, then Helen will wrestle Afrika in the ring and wrestle whomever we can find, but at this point, I will not hold my breathe.
I did ask Dia if she would wrestle with Ariel or me at the tournament and she said no. But I am happy to have her there to wrestle with Ziggy.
And to be fair to Ziggy, I have asked her who she wants to wrestle first, 2nd, 3rd, etc. She is going to have a huge amount of work on her shoulders but Ziggy’s attitude is this: I’m coming out to wrestle and I want to wrestle!!! And I haven’t seen Ziggy in 3 years and in another 3 years we don’t know which wrestlers will be around…
So……….guys, I’m trying to do my best here….bear with me….

I will be wrestling Dia and Ariel for We Bring It Productions in late August so hopefully, I will get some time for some real technical training. I’ve been fitting in my power yoga practice but not much else between entertaining my 14 year old niece, planning this event which was supposed to be MINI Tournament!!!! But has turned out to be more like a live event without the spectators (although if you want to be a big sponsor, you can come and watch!!!!)
Anyway, I am feeling quite stressed….but all I can do is my best, right? As soon as I have more news, I’ll post it! Things are changing by the minute!

And if you want to wrestle with any of the girls at the event, you can book a session to wrestle at Kristy Etzold’s place BUT if you are not a paid sponsor, you will not be allowed to watch the filming of the matches….
OK, gotta go entertain a teenager…..UGGGGGHHHHH!!!
